Thank you all for the support shown me the last 2 ½ years. I regret not completing my original mission. If you would like to run the association, everything is easily transferable.

A variety of items keep things running so any items or expertise sent my way would be most welcome, Currently everything is personal except the copier:

  • back-up system for computer – min. requirement of back-up – 2.20GHz, 448MB ram I use my home computer now with no back-up so if it dies so does the group
  • Multi-function or laser paper for use with laser printer for meeting print-outs
  • Fine quality letterhead paper and matching envelopes to solicit and inform doctors, researchers, etc
  • A membership to Sam’s Club or inclusion on one’s own card
  • Laptop computer with accessories with wireless card if possible (web-accessible, PowerPoint, Office, etc. capability) (new, used, refurbished) for presentations at meetings and speaking engagements
  • MS PowerPoint projector new, used, refurbished
  • MS PowerPoint software
  • Attorney to serve as legal adviser for Houston CFIDS regarding disclosures, 501(c)3 reinstatement, etc.
  • CPA to serve as financial adviser for budget, cash watchdog (audits), etc.
  • Physician to serve as medical adviser
  • Volunteers to attend and present prepared material at networking, chambers of commerce, association meetings, etc.
  • Volunteers (PWC’s plus healthy and dependable family, friends, neighbors)
  • Grant writer
  • Writers of articles for CFIDS website
  • Informational Researchers on CFIDS
  • All-in-one Laser Printer >>Received!<< but we could use a color one now for presentations

100% of donations go directly to operating costs, promoting the association, and informing the public about CFIDS

Donations are tax deductible.

For donations remembering a specific occasion (birthday, anniversary or to honor a loved one), we will be happy to send a card to the honoree or their family advising them of your donation. Please include the person’s name and address when you send your donation.

You can also donate easily through one of the following:

  • Go to any  CHASE Bank and make deposit in our Houston CFIDS Association account (not for my personal use)
  • EcoPhones will pay our organization for used cell phones. Please contact us for more information.
